We have various options if you are trying to learn and/or practice your English skills. All of these options are free, so take advantage of these services.
ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE CLASS (ESL)
Thanks to the American Dream Grant @ Your Library and the Dollar General Literacy Foundation, the library offers ESL classes for adults at the Carnegie Technology Center, located at 420 Heber Ave., Calexico (next to the Calexico Police Department). Class is offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30-7:00 pm. Please call 760-768-2170 o visit the Camarena Memorial Library for more information.
Let's Talk! is an English conversation group for adults. Practice talking in English with other people in a safe, informal atmosphere every Thursday from 6:00-7:30 pm in the Robert F. Morales Multipurpose Room. No need to pre-register. This group is open all year round.

Learn at your own pace any time of the day. Mango Languages is an online learning tool. There are more than 60 languages to choose from. Mango is not only fun; Mango WORKS.
